Little Girl's Rag Skirt

I made this rag skirt for a friend of mines little girl it was so easy and fun. What you will need elastic fabric scissors. you need to measure the girls waist then sew the elastic so that you have a circle then cut your fabric into strips what ever size you like then just tie on to the elastic ,when you have gone all the way around do another layer untill you like it good luck and have fun. it is not to be perfict its shabby chic
